Love this place. Would deffinetely be back. Fabulous customer service & breastfeeding support. I planned to Rent Medela Breast Pump when i was 5 months pregnant. I called this store & got information about breastfeeding, including how to start breastfeeding experience right in the hospital & what to do to benefit me & my baby with increasing my milk supply. I used my pump for more than 6 months. They even offer long rental packages, moneysaver if you plan to pump for more than 2 or 4 months. I also have a comment about a review. I actually looked at my rental agreement and it says nice & clear that you will pay if pump is durty. I wouldn't want to rent durty pump. You gave yourself a bad review. I am a clean freak and all for strickt rules when it comes to items like this. Love this place. |

My grandma is a bed-bound invalid. I was using this shop for more than a year. It's just great. They always help me to choose right equipment and supplies for cheap price, fast prompt same day delivery. Great customer service. They actually work to help you and go more than extra mile for it. I was really pleased to get a refund on the breast pump that I rented. I could not nurse my new born because I became sick two weeks after his birth. I was on antibiotics and the doctor told me that my breast milk was not good for my son. Worldwide only charged me for the time that I kept the pump and they were very understanding and refunded me the portion of the unused rental. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I would highly recommend this company. |

Amazing customer service, no hidden fees. This place is the best breastfeeding supply in the NY metro area. It has everything you might need/want for breatsfeeding without the NY attitute that most of the other places I called first have. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. Their prices are the most competitives around, there are no hidden fees and they have secials if you rent pumps for multiple months. Overall, great experience!!! |

Great customer service, reasonable prices, fast delivery, efficient, friendly. Great service, made my life so much easier. I was in desperate need of a hospital grade pump after delivering my baby and calling around Manhattan locations was no luck. I called Worldwide surgical (found their info on the internet) and they were able to deliver me the Symphony pump the same day! Their price was also more reasonable than some places in Manhattan and even with the delivery fee. Fast, efficient and the lady at the front desk is super nice! I have kept extending my rental and it was no issue, even when I was a couple of days late to extend. They have only billed me for the remaining months, so I saved getting a package, which they were able to offer to me even though I originally only rented for a month. Returning the pump, the front office lady was very accommodating and have waited for us to show up even though we were a bit late on a weekend (the only time we had to return). I got my deposit back no problem and everything was extremely pleasant and efficient! I am very happy with this place and would recommend to others and if I need to rent anything else again, I would keep Worldwide surgical in my mind even though there are closer places around us. I am so glad we found this place! |

Incredible Customer Service. They are amazing. They brought me the pump in the hospital and called me every month to see if I wanted to keep it or return it. The woman there is sooooo nice! When I finally went to return it after 15 months, my daughter was asleep in the car and there was too much snow to double park, she came out to the car and took it from me! I can't think of another place in Brooklyn that would do such a thing! |

Genuinely caring. I needed a baby scale over the winter holidays and they were able to get it to me. They were wonderful about follow-up, billing and when they picked it up for return. The man who came was even sensitive to the fact that the baby might be sleeping so he called my cell phone instead of ringing the bell. |

Wonderful, resourceful establishment!!!. Worldwide was amazing! I rented my breast pump from them from a recommendation from the hospital...they were friendly and extremely knowledgeable and wanted to give advise. I rented the pump for 10 months and every month was a smooth transaction...once or twice there was a problem and they called and were very nice and it was resolved. If I do it again...WORLDWIDE is the place! They ROCK! |

Great Customer Service. I had a great experience with Worldwide Surgical Equipment. I was having issues breastfeeding and was told to rent a hospital grade pump. Worldwide Surgical was able to deliver one to be door within 6 hours. At the end of my time with them, they picked up this pump - a huge help to a mom of a 4-month old! |

Very pleasant experience and smooth transaction.. I called a few times to gather information and compare shop before making a decision. I dealt w/Irene, she was very knowledgeble about all the pumps and they have an extensive selection. They offered the best prices in Brooklyn and Manhattan as well as excellent customer service. She followed up by phone and mail to make sure I was satisfied. I will never buy another personal pump, will spend that money at Worldwide Surgical Equipment for a hospital grade pump. |

Excellent customer service, same day delivery at no extra cost. I called Worldwide Surgical after being told by my daughter's pediatrician I needed to start pumping to monitor her milk intake and they delivered the pump and accesories I needed within hours at no extra cost! I started with a 3 month rental, which I extended to a 6 month and every time I called them to renew the rental they offered nothing but excellent customer service. Very satisfied with them and I will not hesitate to call them again in the future. |
