Checks - We also accept checks and money orders.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund within 20 days from the date of delivery.  Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Returns will not be accepted after 20 days.�  

Please call Worldwide Surgical at 1-877-605-6005 to obtain a RMA number and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call.  We will e-mail your Return Authorization Authorization.� Please include it with returned product.

 

Returns with no RMA number will be refused!

 

Returned merchandise must be sent back in a box (padded envelopes will be refused) with original product packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable condition it was received in or the package will be refused. 

 

o� Breast Pumps are personal care items. Due to the hygienic reasons breast pumps can not be returned once opened.

o Finger Pulse Oximeters may not be returned once opened and used due to the hygienic reasons.� If product is defective or becomes defective within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must contact the manufacturer.

 

o�� Return authorization must be obtained prior to a return.

o�� All returned items must be received in resalable condition with all its original contents in none used condition.�

o�� Unauthorized returns will be refused and unaccredited.�

o�� Shipping fees are not refundable.

o� $20.00 will be deducted for� all orders up to $349.99 with Free Shipping Offers.

Additional fees will apply for orders $350.00 & Up.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 48 business hours.

 

Software purchases are final and cannot be returned.

Orders $89.00 + are shipped via UPS Ground /USPS Priority Ground Shipping ( Free Shipping Aplies to 48 US States ). Excludes Oversized Items.

No shipping Saturday or Sunday.  Payments received after 1 pm Eastern Time  will be shipped out on the following business day.  UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.   UPS tracking number will be emailed to you after item is shipped.
