Policy: Orders over $99.00 Ship Free
All orders over $99.00 (Excludes Oversized Items) are shipped UPS standard
delivery within 48 continental United States. Shipping charges are not added to
a shopping basket, therefore added to all orders of $98.00 or less at the time
they are shipped. If you need to know shipping charges prior to shipment,
please e-mail us with Order Reference Number for shipping information. E-mail us .
���� �Upon receipt of customers
permission to ship order(s) will be shipped same day.
���� Oversized items are subject to shipping charges. These charges
are added when the order is ready to be shipped.
���� All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
�������� Shipping cost will be added to all
orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. These orders will be shipped via UPS
Second Day Air. Shipping cost will be added.
Returns
& Exchanges Policy
All return claims must be made within 30 days of shipment date.
Return authorization must be obtained prior to a return.
���� All returned items must be received in
resalable condition with all its original contents in none used condition.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and unaccredited
���� Shipping fees are not refundable.
���� Breast pumps are Personal hygiene products
and NOT returnable if seal is
broken. If merchandise is received with broken seal it will be shipped back to
the shipper at the shipper�s expense.
If you must return an item please e-mail us with your invoice number and reason for return and we
will e-mail you back with a return authorization number.
Procedure
for returning a product
a) All merchandise must be returned in its original
shipping packaging and in an unused condition.
��������� b) Include the original sales slip
with returned merchandise.
��������� c) Include the copy of issued return
authorization issued prior to this return.
��������� d) Ship the merchandise back to the
return address on the original shipping box.
��������� e) Return items by UPS or US Mail.
Refunds
are issued in the original form of payment within 48 hours.
