Love this place. Would deffinetely be back. Fabulous customer service & breastfeeding support. I planned to Rent Medela Breast Pump when i was 5 months pregnant. I called this store & got information about breastfeeding, including how to start breastfeeding experience right in the hospital & what to do to benefit me & my baby with increasing my milk supply. I used my pump for more than 6 months. They even offer long rental packages, moneysaver if you plan to pump for more than 2 or 4 months. I also have a comment about a review. I actually looked at my rental agreement and it says nice & clear that you will pay if pump is durty. I wouldn't want to rent durty pump. You gave yourself a bad review. I am a clean freak and all for strickt rules when it comes to items like this. Love this place.

Fabulous customer service. Just wanted to thank everybody at Worldwide Surgical for doing a greate job. My lactation consultant recommended to contact you, since I could not nurse my son due to complications. Thank you for fast delivery. You made my life so much easier. Thank You and God Bless.

Amazing customer service, no hidden fees. This place is the best breastfeeding supply in the NY metro area. It has everything you might need/want for breatsfeeding without the NY attitute that most of the other places I called first have. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. Their prices are the most competitives around, there are no hidden fees and they have secials if you rent pumps for multiple months. Overall, great experience!!!

Great customer service, reasonable prices, fast delivery, efficient, friendly. Great service, made my life so much easier. I was in desperate need of a hospital grade pump after delivering my baby and calling around Manhattan locations was no luck. I called Worldwide surgical (found their info on the internet) and they were able to deliver me the Symphony pump the same day! Their price was also more reasonable than some places in Manhattan and even with the delivery fee. Fast, efficient and the lady at the front desk is super nice! I have kept extending my rental and it was no issue, even when I was a couple of days late to extend. They have only billed me for the remaining months, so I saved getting a package, which they were able to offer to me even though I originally only rented for a month. Returning the pump, the front office lady was very accommodating and have waited for us to show up even though we were a bit late on a weekend (the only time we had to return). I got my deposit back no problem and everything was extremely pleasant and efficient! I am very happy with this place and would recommend to others and if I need to rent anything else again, I would keep Worldwide surgical in my mind even though there are closer places around us. I am so glad we found this place!
