My experience with worldwide surgical was great.  Any questions I had they answered clearly and promptly.  The timeline to take care of all paperwork and receive my pump was fast and efficient.  They made this experience much easier than I've had in the past.

My review is for Worldwide Surgical Equipment rather than for the Medela Pump in Style Breast Pump. I found all aspects of their customer service to be exemplary. They made what I thought would be a difficult process – getting a breast pump paid for by my insurance – quite simple and efficient. I am so glad I used them for this process. I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

I have to admit I called different locations that took my insurance to request my pump. Everyone else was so difficult to work with and even though they were pleasant they were not helpful. This company made it STRESS FREE to order! Everything was written out clearly and arrived right when they said it would. Obviously they must know what there are doing, thank you!!

The process was pretty easy but  I responded to the email stating that I wanted the breast pump delivered, I received a call a few days later stating they didn’t get the email which delayed getting the pump. But once it was shipped I received it fairly quickly 2-3 days.
