Wonderful customer service! May 15, 2018 Reviewer: Justine from New York City   My review is for Worldwide Surgical Equipment rather than for the Medela Pump in Style Breast Pump. I found all aspects of their customer service to be exemplary. They made what I thought would be a difficult process – getting a breast pump paid for by my insurance – quite simple and efficient. Easy May 8, 2018 Reviewer: Michele P.   I have to admit I called different locations that took my insurance to request my pump. Everyone else was so difficult to work with and even though they were pleasant they were not helpful. This company made it STRESS FREE to order! Medela pump shipment May 8, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   The process was pretty easy but  I responded to the email stating that I wanted the breast pump delivered, I received a call a few days later stating they didn’t get the email which delayed getting the pump. Great service. April 16, 2018 Reviewer: Carynn from NY   I haven’t used the pump yet, but the service on worldwidesurgial is AMAZING. I emailed them and they answered right away with all of the information I needed. They sent me my paperwork, once I faxed it over I got an immediate email they received it. When I emailed them 1 month before my due date (as requested), they answered right away and shipped my pump the next day. I received it 2 days later. I can’t thank the customer service enough. Again, I haven’t used the pump, but it did only come with the standard pump, no accessories. So you’ll save money with insurance, but make sure you get the accessories you need on your own.
