If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise you are purchasing, you may return it for a refund within 20 days from the date of delivery in its original unopened and none used sealed condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will not be accepted after 20 days ( 20% restocking fee will apply to items with free shipping offer).

Please call Worldwide Surgical at 1-877-605-6005 to obtain a RMA number and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call. We will e-mail your Return Authorization. Please include it with returned product.

Returns with no RMA number will be refused!

Returned merchandise purchased must be sent back in a box (padded envelopes will be refused) with original product packaging, parts and accessories in the same salable unopened condition it was received in or the package will be refused.

• Breast Pumps & Baby Scales are personal care items. Due to the hygienic reasons when purchased breast pumps and baby scales cannot be returned once opened.
• Medela Products are not available for sale to resellers. We have a right to refuse sale to individuals suspected in reselling Medela products. Frequent reordering of Medela Pump In Style or Freestyle Breastpumps is prohibited.
• Finger Pulse Oximeters may not be returned once opened and used due to the hygienic reasons. If product is defective please contact Manufacturer directly for replacement.
• If product is defective or becomes defective within the specified Manufacturer's warranty period you must contact the manufacturer.
• Return authorization must be obtained prior to a return.
• All returned items must be received in resalable condition with all its original contents in none used condition.
• Unauthorized returns will be refused and unaccredited.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• All return claims must be made within 20 days of shipment date and arrive within 30 days from purchase date.
• 20% restocking Fee Will apply to all orders. Does not apply to rental items.
• Orders returned after 20 days are subject to a 40 % restocking fee. Does not apply to rental items.
• NO returns will be accepted after 40 days.
• Software purchases are final and cannot be returned.

• Rental contract selected is for the full term of the rental period and that NO refunds will be given when returned early.
• In the even rental item arrives defective or stops working, please call our rental department for assistance. Rental item will be replaced when all troubleshooting steps fail.
• Replacement will be shipped same or next day and prepaid return label will be emailed. None working rental must be shipped within two (2) business days to avoid being charged for both rental items.
• Rental customers may exchange their rentals in person during Worldwide Surgical's business hours.

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 48 business hours after arrival and inspection.
