Medela symphony July 16, 2026 Reviewer: LC from Pennsylvania   This has been the most wonderful experience I've had with the team! At one point I was looking at the prices of a medical grade pump and couldn't bring myself to purchase one since they are so expensive. I was already an under supplier and baby never latched, but I promised myself I would try my best to give him as much as I could for nutritional and antibody support. I became beyond heartbroken when I had to return to work and can't just whip out a manual pump whenever, so I did some research and found Worldwide Surgical. Once I submitted for a rental, they were on point with everything! Within an hour or two they already reached out to me to finalize paperwork and made sure I received every email and contact should I ever need help. Shipping was fast and when the pump came, I got instructions on every topic I could think of from user manual to breastfeeding tips! It was a bittersweet farewell once I sent it back and if I could do it again, I'd pick Worldwide Surgical anytime! Was this review helpful to you?

What a great service June 25, 2023 Reviewer: Martha from Brooklyn, NY   I didn't anticipate needing a breast pump on day #1 home with a new baby but alas we did.  I am so glad our lactation consultant pointed us here. A phone call in the morning and a pump hand delivered in the afternoon. Couldn't have been easier- which is necessary when you are a brand new parent! The pump helped me establish a strong supply until we got breast feeding sorted out and was returned just as easily when we were finished with it. Very nice people. Very good service. Life savers! December 21, 2015 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   Such incredibly helpful & caring service. And I could not have nursed as long as I did without their help- it's not always easy being a working mama and pumping ALL day long. But they made it soooo much better and that chargeable medela symphony is worth it's weight in gold. Super great at pumping lots in less time and less painful than other pumps.
