Amazing service May 19, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from New York   My Medela PISA was not working well.  Worldwide Surgical had a Medela Symphony pump available the same day I called! I was able to pick it up right away! I rented it for one month, when it was due they emailed reminding me it was due. Additionally, they offered for me to extend the rental for 3 months at a lower cost! Which I ended up doing. Amazing customer service!! Was this review helpful to you?

Great service and product! December 6, 2017 Reviewer: Sarah from Texas   It was such an easy way to rent a pump. The lady answering the phones was super sweet and she even called me to let me know it shipped (she knew I needed the pump ASAP). Great service and product. They even gave me an upgraded pump because they were out of the one I ordered. I will definitely  use them again for my next baby. Quick and easy June 11, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Forest Hills , NY United States   World Wide surgical made it easy to fill out the application online and submit rental information. Excellent pump and top-notch service. June 18, 2016 Reviewer: M. from Kensington, BK   The Worldwide Surgical team is exceptional - from the first voice that greets you on the phone to the delivery man who reminds you to keep your pump documentation for taxes next year. They were easily reachable, prompt with returning calls, and full of helpful information. The product itself, too, was excellent and helped me as I transitioned from maternity leave back to work. Medela Symphony Breast Pump Rental December 7, 2013 Reviewer: S.K. from Astoria, NY   I was tipped to Worldwide Surgical from my lactation consultant at the hospital where I delivered my baby son.  I made the foolish mistake of not having a pump ready when I got home from the hospital.  After breastfeeding my baby for a few days, I became painfully engorged.  Thankfully, Worldwide came to my rescue - they were helpful, informed, prompt, customer-service oriented and answered the many questions I had as a newbie mom.  I rented their Symphony pump for a year of exclusive breastfeeding/pumping.  Their rates are totally reasonable and their delivery service - while you pay a fee - is top notch.  They deliver when they say they will - and when you've got a screaming baby on your hands and your breasts feel like disconnected appendages - that makes all the difference in the world! Excellent February 8, 2012 Reviewer: Indhira S. from JAMAICA, NY   I gave birth back in September and was having issues breastfeeding I needed to pump to maintain my milk supply. I had to pump so many times my brand new pump gave out on me and I really needed a hospital grade pump. My husband found this company online and it truly offers the best deal, for the Medela Symphony he only had to put down a $20 deposit and it cost $70 a month in comparison to my lactation consultant which required us to put down a $200 deposit and pay $80 a month. Not only do they offer a great deal, the receptionist was pleasant. Our pump was due back on a Sunday we didn't realized they close during the weekend, we left a message for the receptionist and we were told to just bring it back the Monday after it was due at no additional cost.
