Excellent Service April 8, 2024 Reviewer: Michelle from Brooklyn, Ny   My baby girl came a little early and spent 1 week in the NICU so I had to pump during that time. I used the Medela Symphony Plus Breast Pump in the hospital and really loved the results. I did a google search, found worldwide surgical and called to inquire about a rental. The person on the phone was very pleasant and had the pump ready for pickup that very day. I received useful information via email and even got a reminder email close to the date that the rental was due and opted to extend for an additional month; which was seamless. Great experience September 12, 2023 Reviewer: Kim from Lewisburg PA   I couldn’t find a pump to rent anywhere in my area, and I needed one ASAP. I was a little concerned that this site might not be reliable at first because their website seemed sketchy and the process seemed a little too good to be true. But I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised with the great experience that I had. The process was simple and easy, and the pump arrived clean and ready to use. You have to buy the accessory kit with the rental but then you keep the accessory kit and return the pump when done. Highly recommend!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Would definitely use again! March 10, 2023 Reviewer: Julie from Connecticut   Rented a breast pump and it arrived the next day. The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and at the end of each rental term I was contacted to see if I wanted to extend the rental period or return it. Just returned it and they sent me a return label (cost $30, but cheaper than what it would have cost if I paid the shipping at UPS). Sometimes I had to leave a voicemail, but my call was always returned promptly. I highly recommend this company! Was this review helpful to you?

Lifesaver March 6, 2023 Reviewer: Serena from BRONX, NY   When my daughter was born, I had a lot of trouble breastfeeding. My insurance-covered pump was just not effective enough for me to maintain my supply and also be comfortable. With just a simple call to Worldwide Surgical, I had a hospital grade pump in little more than a day. This pump was so much more efficient and gentle. It honestly prevented me from giving up on breastfeeding. This was probably one of the most significant things in my child's early days. I ended up keeping the pump for more than a year as i continued my breastfeeding journey after returning to work. Great experience!! February 16, 2023 Reviewer: Alison from Brooklyn, NY   I had a great experience with Worldwide Surgical! They are very responsive and make the process of renting breast pump equipment seamless. They provided instructions and educational materials. They delivered and picked up the pump. Throughout the whole rental, they provided clear communication regarding the rental terms, reaching out in advance of the due date to allow me to extend the rental, etc. They were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this company!
