The best pump and the warmest staff July 28, 2025 Reviewer: Marsha G from Brooklyn   I entered this store as a confused and scared new mom and I returned my Medela breast pump as a experience and grateful mom. The medela is the best of the best in terms of pumps. It even help restore my milk supply when I was starting to show signs of running dry. It's the best in pumping products, without a doubt. The staff and the customer service is top notch. They were there for me when I was having issues with the pump, if I had questions about it's pump parts. They would email me for check-ins and resources if i felt overwhelmed...overall I felt carried through this very emotional breasfeeding/ breast pumping journey. I returned my pump with  tears in my eyes because I went through so much and the staff at this store gave me so much hope to push through. Please, if you considering the pump and where to get the rental, look no further. They are really the sweetest and the best. Was this review helpful to you?

Game changer February 28, 2025 Reviewer: Jane from NY   Any mom struggling with pumping or supply I urge to rent the Symphony pump. This will help get your supply where you and baby need it to be. The bs pumps on the market and through insurance work well enough for some women but they don’t compare to this pump, believe me I tried many. Worldwide surgical made it so east to rent. It arrived next day and I used it for 9 months. To all the moms reading this. Be easy on yourself, you’re doing great regardless. Was this review helpful to you?
