Very happy we found this company June 18, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Princeton, NJ   It was a challenge to find a breast pump rental service close to where we live in NJ, especially for high-end Medela models. We were very lucky to come across Worldwide Surgical Equipment. The pump arrived promptly and in great condition; we couldn't say if it was new but it definitely looked and worked like one. The service is top notch, very professional and courteous. They always call or email back and explain everything. Rental fee and postage were very reasonable. Highly recommended. great customer service April 23, 2014 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Manhattan   When my Symphony pump stopped working, they delivered a new one to my apartment same day.  In addition, when I forgot the specific date I was supposed to return the pump, they called me to remind me - and gave me a two day grace period to get the machine back to them without charging me. Medela Symphony Breastpump Rent October 29, 2013 Reviewer: N. C. from BROOKLYN, NY United States   I had a baby and needed to rent a hospital-grade pump. The hospital provided a list of stores but, Worldwide Surgical was the only one that had a live person I was able to speak with. They were they also the only store who who had an ample supply of machines. The woman was extremely helpful and knowledgable and the prices were more than reasonable. Returning the equipment was super easy as well. The entire experience was great and I would recommend Worldwide Surgical Equipment to anyone. Was this review helpful to you?

Excellent October 22, 2013 Reviewer: Indhira S. from JAMAICA, NY   I gave birth back in September and was having issues breastfeeding I needed to pump to maintain my milk supply. I had to pump so many times my brand new pump gave out on me and I really needed a hospital grade pump. My husband found this company online and it truly offers the best deal, for the Medela Symphony he only had to put down a $20 deposit and it cost $70 a month in comparison to my lactation consultant which required us to put down a $200 deposit and pay $80 a month. Not only do they offer a great deal, the receptionist was pleasant. Our pump was due back on a Sunday we didn't realized they close during the weekend, we left a message for the receptionist and we were told to just bring it back the Monday after it was due at no additional cost.
